SHIPPING POLICY -
After order has been placed:
Please allow 1-3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.
U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS. Average transit times in the United States: 3 - 7 Business days. Circumstances that are out of control such as (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may cause shipping delays. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time. Free shipping on orders over $75 only applies to orders in the United States. If you place an order from a VPN or government computer, standard shipping rates will be applied.
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped.
Canceling an order:
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. If the merchandise has shipped, please email to firstname.lastname@example.org within the 24 hours timeline and place “Cancel Order” in subject line.
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and input the correct information. Notify us immediately at email@example.com within 24 hours.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs for your item(s). Initial shipping costs are also non-refundable. If you are eligible to receive a refund or wish to exchange an item, the initial shipping costs will not be included.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item (s). Once returned item(s) are received, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days for item(s) to be inspected and new item(s) to be shipped after you receive a confirmation email.
REFUND POLICY -
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and in the original packaging items. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost. After 30 days has expired, we will no longer offer a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. To complete your return, we require the order number and proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will receive a refund of the amount paid for item returned, if the packaging is not opened.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@HustleIndefinitely.com with a subject line of “Missing Refund”.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We offer exchanges for unopened items for exchanges on size or color. Customer will be responsible for shipping cost.
